Since the game is known for having whacky weapons and characters, you can get access to even more whacky items any time you want. Apart from getting your favorite weapons, you can also change certain elements of the game if you want. From having a massive head to having every car become an enemy, the possibilities are quite entertaining.
There aren’t many games that let players use cheat codes unless you use mods on PC.
